Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

We work with reliable couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United Kingdom: 5–12 working days
• Other European countries: 7–15 working days
• International deliveries: 10–20 working days

Please note these are average delivery times. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs checks, although this is rare.

VAT & Import Duties

All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of any applicable charges. Customers in the UK do not pay VAT or additional import duties upon delivery. Modern Haven covers these costs to provide a smooth shopping experience with no hidden fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery at any time.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@modernhaven.co.uk. We will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.
