We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you peace of mind when shopping with Modern Haven. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@modernhaven.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@modernhaven.co.uk.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item for a refund, then place a new order. If you need help with a replacement, contact our support team and we’ll advise on the best option.
